Vinyl Tough wrap is involves adding White Water raft grade vinyl material over the sides of the trampoline before grommet are inserted. 

Basically take any manufactures trampoline and make the stressed edge a sandwich of toughness. You get the best of both worlds the toughness of vinyl and the features of mesh

Marine Grade Rolled Rim Spur Grommets Installed with industrial Automated Grommet machine, We use the beefy #4 Spur Grommets 

(NOT THE SMALL #2 tooth GROMMETS ON THE TRAMPOLINES FROM TAMPA)

All trampolines are cut out with a specialty hot cutter sealing the edges before manufacturing, resulting in a long lasting trampoline that's not unraveling internally.

The webbing used our trampolines is the heavy weight version which allows for a superior longer lasting product

 UV resistant large size 138 Marine thread stitched all around the trampoline, longer lasting than the typical 92 weight other manufactures use
